We had a good breakfast with dessert, an extra coffee and also an excellent 3 course meal, could find something for everyone. The room we had included a living area and a couch bed.

We loved the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. The owner and manager were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is a beautiful, converted historic home with clean and quiet rooms. The location is extremely convenient for visiting the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, and there's even a great ice cream shop next door. The breakfast, especially the sticky rice, was delicious and the coffee was top-notch. It's a small bed and breakfast with only about 10 rooms, which gave it a cozy feel and made it a great alternative to larger hotels.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of this cozy hotel. The beautiful antique furniture and traditional Thai artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere that reminded me of my grandmother's home. The general areas, such as the courtyard and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no steep stairs or obstacles to navigate. It was a delightful and comfortable setting to unwind after a day of exploring Bangkok's main temples.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where it would have been nice for them to anticipate our needs without us having to ask.

I strongly recommend the place. I had a fantastic experience here, everything was great, the location was wonderful close to main attractions on Bangkok, and Quiet square of local Thai restaurants tasty and v inexpensive. Liked our room, it was well-equipped with climate control, flat-screen TV and a seating area. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

The rooms are big and absolutely gorgeous here with good air conditioning and comfortable bed, as example. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from The Grand Palace.

The location was nice and ideal as for me, just next door to the temples Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Pho which are a must to see as well as the Grand Palace and Temple, which is about 10 minutes on foot. It was walking distance from Patongko Saveuy, where you can have lunch.

It felt like stepping into a different era, which was very nostalgic for someone like me. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to move around and explore. As a senior woman, accessibility is important to me, and I was pleased to find that the hotel had ramps and elevators in place, making it easier for me to navigate the different floors.

I would have appreciated if there were more activities or programs specifically tailored for senior guests. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I felt that they could have been more proactive in suggesting options or organizing senior-friendly tours or activities.

This B&B is located in a quiet square, close to attractions like Wat Po and the Grand Palace. The rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. Great for exploring old town Bangkok.
